Virgin Islands
This is a place I stopped to get a grand view of St. John. It was on the road from Cruz Bay to Coral Bay. I traveled this road frequently when installing communication equipment and testing between the sites. When driving in the islands you must drive on the left side of the road and watch out for wild burros and goats as they roam. Absolutely beautiful here!

Atlanta Georgia
When working in Georgia, I stopped to check out the huge Summit Racing Performance Parts store. This is quite a place complete with full size race cars along the back wall. There was also one of Big Daddy Don Garlits front engine dragsters hanging in the middle of the store. Hotrodders can spend a lot of money real quick in this place. Very kool place!
New Mexico Cave
Im standing in front of a small cave at the base of a cliff close to our cabin in New Mexico. one of the best trout streams in New Mexico is below the entrance to this cave. Beaver hunters used to stay in this cave during the 1800's. Coyote Creek State Park is about 1/2 mile from here. There is a campground about 1/4 mi. away complete with hookups for AC and a sanitary dump station.
4 Wheeling in the Mountains
Having fun in the mountains of northern New Mexico. We always like to play cat and mouse on the 4 wheelers. Its even more fun when there is a foot or two of snow. There are unpaved roads and trails all over the mountain. Very scenic and lots of wild life.
Bricktown Haunted Warehouse
Giant spider inside the haunted house. Kinda creepy being in here by yourself. The Bricktown Haunted House in Oklahoma City is great fun in October.
Bricktown in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
I am on top of the Bricktown Haunted Warehouse. We installed an antenna for tracking 911 callers to triangulate they're exact location so emergency responders can get to them quickly. This site was a lot of fun as all the halloween props are still set in place. Abuelo's mexican restaurant is pictured in this shot and the food is very good there. The Bricktown Brewery is to the right in the dark brown building and is also an eatery and a good place to solcialize.
Tifton, Georgia
Here is Calix engineers and Plant Telephone staff testing one of the ODC-20 cabinets I installed. basicly they make sure internet, phone, and alarms are accessible and operational and physical quality is installed to standards. I do not miss the mosquitos that were at this site. I am sure the nearby lake and swamp was the source. Glad this site passed with flying colors!
Pennsylvania Amish Country
When traveling in Pennsylvania you need to be careful! When traveling to a job site I came up on these young amish boys. Note the younger boy is driving the carriage. The amish folks here are well known for they're quality craftsmanship.
Cabin on the Mountain
Two story cabin on the mountain has deck all the way around.Fire place Hot tub, satellite tv, high speed internet, and automatic backup generator should the power go out. This place is beautiful! 20 min. from Angel Fire, New Mexico.
Angel Fire, New Mexico
Our cabin in the mountains. When its time to relax, this is where we go. Located about 20 min south of Angel Fire ski resort. This cabin is 1 mile up the mountain from the RV park thats next to Coyote Creek State Park. One of the best trout streams in New Mexico is at the base of this mountain, in fact you drive across a small bridge on the way up to the cabin. Lots of trails all over the mountain to ride 4-wheelers. Need to watch for bears during the summer months. Lots of snow during the winter. This cabin sleeps about 20 and is often rented to families or small groups. If interested in renting just post a comment and I will get back to you.

Petit Jean State Park in Arkansas
The trees in this Arkansas state park seem to be very weak or maybe I have had to much ice cream, cookies, etc.
Branson, Missouri
Calix Equipment Installation
This was where the fun begins on a C7 shelf installation. Shelf is powered and is ready to start the provisioning. Set up the LAN connection, connect the fiber optic cables, set the paths, and build the T1's. I do miss the sound of the fan shelf and the blinking lights. was nice to see something you built come to life and provide service.

Twin Flower with a friend!
I took this picture in the summer of 2009 in our flower bed. Truly amazing, this plant produced two flowers on one stem. A local praying mantis decides to investigate! We bought this plant at Lowes in Mustang, Oklahoma.
DSX Panel Wiring
Use to sit for days and wire wrap these communication panels in telephone offices. I did so many of these, I will carry the color code to my grave! Blue, orange, green, brown, slate. White group, red group, black group, yellow group, violet group! My wire wrap gun is still smoking! Only a communication worker will have any clue as to what I am saying.

Petit Jean State Park in Arkansas
When working in Arkansas, we came across this beatiful state park. Take time and enjoy this place! Has lots of scenic trails, nature center, waterfalls, caves, and lodges, and is a very romantic place once you have read how this place got its name. I can just imagine seeing the french ships that discovered this area sailing up the river!
Dallas, Texas
The Dallas World Aquarium is a must see! Giant indoor waterfall, exotic birds and animals. It is located right in downtown Dallas. Lots to do in the west end district too which is near as well.West end consist of shopping, eating establishments, arts, games, and clubs.
Spokane, Washington
I found this giant red wagon when I was working near spokane, Washington. They have a beautiful park in this city. Definitely worth seeing in the summer!
Silver Lake, Washington State
I took this photo when I was working in Washinton State. This lake was created by the 1980 eruption of Mt. Saint Helens. I was installing telephone equipment for Toledo Telephone. Toledo, Washington is a typical quiet pacific northwest community. Good folks there!
