Boston, Massachusetts

I'm telling you! It was'nt me! When visiting Boston we walked right on to a movie set in the making. This one stars Tom Cruise and will be out in July 2010.

Fort Myers Beach Florida

Taking a break from working at cell tower sites in Florida. No wires, no phones, no paperwork, no tools, no problem! Just sand, water, and sun!

Florida Sunset

Took this pic of a beautiful sunset at Fort Myers Beach.

St. Martins, New Brunswick

Here is one of the covered bridges in St. Martins, New Brunswick. Nice little fishing village. Very scenic. they also have sea caves you can explore when the tide is out. They have some of the highest sea tides in the world. You can also have fun looking for wish rocks on the beach. Wish rocks are a smooth stone with a quartz ring that circles the stone. Myth has it that you make a wish and when it comes true you pass the stone on to someone else.

Rockefeller Center

This is how they get all those lights on the tree at Rockefeller Center. I took this picture when I was with my daughter on a day trip to New York City in 2007. Its truly an amazing and tedious task. We should thank those that make something as beautiful as the Cristmas tree at Rockefeller Center.

Here is how to wire a GFCI Receptacle.

Here is a good example of how a GFCI receptacle should be wired. Any additional outlets wired after the GFCI will be protected as well because the GFCI is first in line from the feed. I had an AC outlet in a bedroom that did not have power once, so I went to the main breaker panel and all breakers were still on. I went to the bathroom that was next to the bedroom to check the button in the center of the GFCI receptacle. Sure enough the receptacle had been tripped. I pushed the reset button and the bedroom AC outlet was active again. With that said it confirms the AC receptacle in the bedroom is being fed from the GFCI and is protected by the GFCI. However if you have to many AC receptacles being fed from the GFCI and have items such as lamps, tv's, stereos, vacuum cleaners, etc. connected then you can easily exceed the allowed amps and the GFCI will trip.

Virgin Islands

This is a place I stopped to get a grand view of St. John. It was on the road from Cruz Bay to Coral Bay. I traveled this road frequently when installing communication equipment and testing between the sites. When driving in the islands you must drive on the left side of the road and watch out for wild burros and goats as they roam. Absolutely beautiful here!
